Wilbert Murray Selig- 69, Tatamagouche passed away September 23, 2022 at home. Born in Annapolis Royal, he was the son of the late Wilbert Sr. and Iris (Dorey) Selig.

A hard worker all his life, Willie worked as a mechanic in his younger years and later on became a woodsman. Willie was an avid antique car enthusiast and attended many car shows.

Willie is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Judy (O'Neil); sons, Peter (Catherine), Tatamagouche, Stuart (Jennifer), Liverpool; daughter, Michelle (Marty) Hawksworth, Lawrencetown, Anna. Co.; grandchildren Charlie, Sienna, Brody and Robert, all of Tatamagouche, David, Trevor, James as well as one great grandaughter, all of Lawrencetown, Anna. Co.; brothers, Randy (Valerie) North River, Tony (Helen), Truro, Eddy, Tatamagouche; sisters, Elizabeth (Bill) McLain, Bridgewater, Darlene (Wayne) Whynot, Brickton, Anna. Co., Cindy Selig, Hillsborough, NB, Sheila (Eddie) Patriquin, Wentworth; many neices and nephews.

Along with his parents, Willie was predeceased by brother, Joey and sister, Judy.

Combined Graveside Service for both Willie and Eddy will be held Thursday September 29 at 2pm in Lockerby Memorial Cemetery, Tatamagouche, with Rev. Connie McNamara officiating.

Donations may be made to Victorian Order of Nurses – Colchester Branch. Arrangements are under the direction of Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche.
