Stonehouse, Sharon "Karen" M. - 81, Westchester, passed away March 18th, 2024 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Mildred (Chapman) Carde. Karen was a faithful adherent of the Westchester Baptist Church. She enjoyed attending most community events including music jams. Karen was a loving mother who cared for her family and will be truly missed. She is survived by son, Stanley, Westchester; daughters, Tracy (George) Wood, Woodstock, NB; Gladys Stonehouse, Ten Mile Lake, BC; Annie Taylor; grandchildren, Joshua, Victoria, Courtney, Richard, Emily, Colin, James, Kristina, Tiffany and Nicole; many great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Henry "Junior" Stonehouse: many brothers and sisters. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 in Westchester Baptist Church.
