Darragh, Sharon Lynn - 69, Springhill, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024 in High-Crest Springhill. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Elsie (LeBlanc) Amon. In her earlier years Sharon worked at the Amherst Zellers until marrying Ted and dedicating her time to raising their two children. She eventually went back to work at the Sunset Community Residential Care, Pugwash. Sharon is survived by her husband Ted; son. Jason (Brooke), Grosse Isle, MB; daughter Michelle Darragh, Shubenacadie; grandchildren, Colby, Blake, Cooper, Hayden, and Eric; sister, Donna Gogan, Springhill, as well as her many nieces and nephews. Sharon's grandchildren meant the world to her and she loved every minute she got to spend with them. Besides her parents she was predeceased by sisters, Sheila (Lester) Pettigrew; Patsy (Ian) Munroe; brother in law Frank Gogan. A Celebration of Sharon's life will be held from 2 - 4 pm, Saturday, July 12 in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 5075 Main Street, Oxford.
