Ferrigno, Robert Frank - 87, Oxford, passed away May 20th, 2024 in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst. Born in Garwood, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Salvatore and Jean (Capone) Ferringo. Bob was in the US Marines for 4 years. He met his wife, Estelle Grew, and moved to Canada in 1955. His occupations was a draftsman and surveyor. They later settled in Oxford where he worked for the former Oxford Desk Furniture Factory and later went to work with Windsor Salt in Pugwash until he retired. Family was his life; he adored his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, basketball, football and history books. He is survived by his wife, Estelle; son, David (Patricia), Lower Shinimicas; daughter, Monica (Kenny), Glenville; grandchildren, Moya (Venktech), Calgary; Mikaela (Brandon), Pugwash; Jurian, Manitoba; brother, Ronald, USA. He was predeceased by sisters, Carol and Debbie; brother, Sal. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, June 5 in St. Cornelius Catholic Church, Streets Ridge.
