Reginald Bliss Weeks, age 87, born September 4th, 1938 to Bliss and Maritus Weeks, passed peacefully November 10, 2025 at the East Cumberland Lodge surrounded by his loving family. A good husband to Verlene Weeks (Adams) for 66 years. A proud father to Ron(Donna), Ralph (Dana), Randy (Jill). Grandfather to Amanda (Tim), Al, Alissa (Greg), Kristy, Bobbie, Adam,and Mya. Great grandfather to Jeremiah, Jaelle, Josiah, Jonathan, Hannah, and Avery. Also including beloved extended family members and lifelong friends.

Reg had many interesting jobs throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed working with his hands and solving people's problems with practical solutions. Reg built many bridges in his life, including the Seal Island Bridge in Cape Breton, but the bridge that changed his life forever, was the bridge in Perth-Andover, NB, where he met and married his beautiful wife Verlene. Reg worked at the Windsor Salt Mine in Pugwash, for the rest of his career.

Arrangements are under the care of Mundles funeral home. Reg will be laid to rest at the Wallace River Cemetery, Friday November 14th at 11am. All welcome for an open graveside memorial service, no visitation by request.
