It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Randy Leon Oickle , 50, of Oxford, on Saturday, May 10th, 2025. Randy was a loving father, husband, son, sibling, friend, and was a loyal, devoted "Brother" to many with a strong love for the ride. He was kind and patient unless you made him late! Throughout his life, he was often a helping hand and took many people under his wing, becoming the voice of reason. He will be forever missed by his three children, Shelby (Johnathan Buboire), Amherst; Carly and Wyley, Oxford; two grandchildren, Evan and Charlotte; and special baby Harley; mother, Joy and Charles "Dig" Trenholm, Port Howe; father, Randy and Cindy Oickle, Cameron Beach; brother, Jeff Wentzell, Liverpool; sister, Michelle (Ed Johnson), Amherst; brother, Ryan (Brooke) Oickle, Conns Mills; sisters, Amie (Mitch) Porter, Pugwash; Jessica (Travis) Murphy, Glenholme; step-brothers, Chris MacBurnie, Tatamagouche; Trevor Trenholm, Pugwash Junction; Travis Trenholm, Wallace; Jason (Peggy) Trenholm, Pugwash River; step-sister, Philena (Billy) Trenholm, Pugwash; and many nieces and nephews. Special extended family, RDMC brothers; Devona Doncaster; and Amanda Mattinson. Predeceased by mother-in-law, Katherine Carde; maternal and paternal grandparents. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium. A celebration of life will be held at 3 pm Saturday, May 17th in the Oxford Arena, 70 Waverly Street, Oxford.
