Miller, Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" - 72, Tatamagouche. It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, Margaret "Peggy" Miller on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. Born in Tatamagouche, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Beulah Tattrie. Peggy worked at NCHS for many years and became "Mom" to many. She also spent some years working in the bakery at Foodland. Peggy loved to cook and bake. She also enjoyed traveling during her retirement, spending a lot of time in England, one of her favourite places. Peggy is survived by her husband, Eric; daughters, Patricia (Dan) Esau, Winnipeg; Pam, Springhill; Tracy (Kenny) McGrath, Tatamagouche; grandsons, Michael (Tori), Stephen (Chelsea), Trevor, Nicholas (Meghan), Bradley, Colby, Kennedy and Jessy; great-grandchildren, Logan, Sophie, Charlie, Hayden, Avery, Finley, Adalyn, Zoe and Felix; sisters, Joan (Geoff) Hollings, Stoney Creek, Ont; Rose (Peter) Johnson, Truro; Brenda (Carmen) Gilbert, Windsor; Mary Ann Tattrie, Truro; brothers, Roger (Rose), Tatamagouche; Wayne (Gloria), Tatamagouche; Frankie (Carol), Kemptown; sisters-in-law, Janet and Cecilia; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Florence and Marie; brother, Ralph, Dick and Billy; brother-in-law, Clarence Miller. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, immediately followed by funeral service at 2 p.m., both in Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche. Interment will take place in Sunnybrae Cemetery. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Palliative Care Hospice.
