Rushton, Marion Violet - 63, Westchester, passed away suddenly at home April 29, 2022 surrounded by family. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of Eva (Cooke) France and the late Walter France. She is survived by her husband, Arthur; sons, Joe (Melissa); Trevor; Bradley (Melissa); grandchildren, Ash, Jamee, Brooke, Kasey, Paisley and Korbyn; sister and best friend, Laura (Frank) Stewart; brothers, George (Vivian) France; Keith France; Lawrence (Lucy) France; several nieces and nephews. In her early years, Marion worked part-time at The Lady Wentworth and along with her husband Art, raised the family they were so proud of. The last 26 years of her working career were spent with VON Colchester County, where she treated all clients with care and compassion. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3 in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home and Crematorium, Oxford. A family celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 4 at 2 p.m. Donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
