Linda Dianne Wood, aged 73, of Malagash, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash. Born in Oxford, she was a daughter of the late Maitland and Donalda Jean (Boyes) Wood. Linda trained and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed attending various churches and sang in several choirs; was a member of the West Pugwash Women's Institute and the Royal Canadian Legion, Tatamagouche.

Linda is survived by her children, Tom Wood of Wallace, Joseph Wood of Malagash, and Theresa Wood of Pugwash; her brother, Ross (Carol) Wood of Onoway, Alberta; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Barbara Keen, and a brother, James Wood.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2024, at Mundle's Funeral Home, Pugwash, with Rev. Connie McNamara officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford.
