Mom waved goodbye October 2, 2024, leaving behind her girls and family to join her loved one's on the other side.

She loved her family, the outdoors, flowers, trees, music and was an avid card shark. She had enjoyed 30 years working at East Cumberland Lodge in Pugwash. Born in Springhill to Leona (Rushton) and James O'Hara, she spent her childhood growing up on the Coulter road before moving to Richmond. In 1965 she moved to her forever home in Malagash.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts of food to the family donations may be made to Monument Hill Cemetery.
