McMahon, Joyce Elizabeth- 75, Wallace, passed away peacefully February 24, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Wallace Bridge, she was a daughter of the late Austin and Blanche (Bennett) Langille. Joyce owned and operated McMahon's Restaurant with her husband John and family. She also devoted her time caring for her mother and grandchildren. She loved a good joke, enjoyed doing word searches and listening to country music. She adored her grandchildren, her new poodle Benji and her kitties, Bailey and Roxy. Surviving are her sons, David (Barb) McMahon, Bangor, Maine, John McMahon Jr., Wallace; daughter, Nicole (Tom) Flynn, Wallace; grandchildren, Hailey McMahon, Ryan Flynn, Alexa Flynn; step grandchildren, Emily and Jessica Flynn; step great grandchild, Caden Pineo; sister, Diane Mattatall, Pugwash; brothers, David Langille, Wallace, Bryan (Becky) Langille, Truro, Kirk (Carolyn) Langille, Malagash; sister's in law, Marilyn and Beverley; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, John McMahon; brother's, Floyd and Gordie Langille and a brother in infancy. There will be no services at this time. Special thanks to the girls from the VON Home Support and Nursing Service. It meant so much to be able to keep mom home, you are a wonderful group.
