John Kenneth MacLeod, 69, of Dartmouth, died peacefully at his home on April 3, 2026.

John was born in Halifax, on March 11, 1957 to Charles and Sally MacLeod. John spent most of his life in the loving home of his parents, entering a group home later in life. He began employment at Prescott group where he made fast friends. John took great pride in his work at Prescott group John spent his last few years at his loving group home in Dartmouth, where he was very happy and so well cared for we, John's family, wish to express our deepest gratitude to the staff at John's home for the tender love and care they gave John.

John is survived by his sister, Carmen Marriott; brothers, Greg MacLeod (Linda) and Neil McLeod. As well as several nieces and nephews. No funeral service by request.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Antigonish County. Cremation and Arrangements entrusted to Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche .
