James Gordon "Jim" Baillie - 71, Balfron, passed away June 14, 2024 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Pictou, he was the son of the late James and Jean (Murray) Baillie. He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; step daughter, Tonya (Ronnie) McNutt, Onslow Mountain; grandchildren, Emily (Daniel), Ryan (Sam); great granddaughter, Delilah, as well as many cousins. Along with his parents, Jim was predeceased by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21 from 7-9pm in Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche. Funeral Service will take place Saturday, June 22 at 2pm in Sharon United Church, Tatamagouche, Rev. Linton Worrell officiating. Reception to follow. Interment will take place at the Falls Cemetery. Donations in Jim's memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital or to IWK (Andrea's Research).
