Brown
Feb 27, 1930 — Dec 11, 2025
Westchester
Elda "Eileen" Brown (Webb, Maberry, Alders) - 95, died in Cumberland Regional Heath Centre, Amherst after suffering a fall. Born in Westchester, she was a daughter of the late Earle and Margaret (Moore) Webb. She was quite surprised to be the last surviving member of her immediate family. She loved antiques, Westchester, and visits with friends. If anyone was in need of information about the community or the family, Eileen was the person to speak to. She was a careful housewife all of her days and many foster children found shelter in her home. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Ray Maberry, Nelson Aalders, and Fred Brown; sons, Terry and Paul Maberry; and daughter, Wanda Maberry-Brown; her brothers and their wives, Garnet (Jeanetta), Leon (Laverne), Carmen (Linda) and Vaughan (Glenda) Webb; her sisters and their husbands, Margaret (Harold) Rushton and Joyce (Ron) Langille; as well as two sisters and four children of her own in infancy. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Maberry, Truro, and Laura (Max) Fisher, Westchester; grandchildren, Terry (Lynn) Maberry, Tracy Maberry, all of Edmonton; Christopher Clark, Calgary; Erin (Steven Hartt) Clark, Windsor; Amanda Mccready, Truro; and Cody Clark (Casey), Dartmouth; great-grandchildren, Jesse (Caydence), Everett, Robin Maberry, and Kyla Maberry, all of Edmonton; Joshua and Emma Burrell, and Hayden Hartt, all of Windsor; August Young, Middle Sackville; and great-great-granddaughter, Aubree Burrell, Windsor; and many extended family members. There is no visitation or funeral by request. Cremation has taken place with burial at a later date in the Eagle Hill Cemetery, Westchester. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid's Funeral Home and Crematorium, Oxford.
