It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Drazan Stephan Rehm, 34, of Stratford, Prince Edward Island, on September 5, 2026. Drazan was born on October 11, 1991, in Diez, Germany. He had a deep appreciation for the simple beauty of life and found happiness in taking care of horses, gardening, and spending time in nature. Drazan had many talents. His art skills were undeniable, he loved to cook and was able to make any plant thrive. He possessed the strength and determination to always push forward, regardless of the circumstances. Drazan was loved by many for his wit, laughter, and curiosity. He will be greatly missed by his parents Emil and Michaela, his brother Torben, and his birth father Stephan. His time with all of us was cut far too short. We welcome memories, stories and laughter people shared with Drazan. In lieu of flowers or gifts, we ask you to support those who struggle with mental health and drug addiction, to help and hold close your loved ones, regardless of their struggles, and to be kind to those less fortunate than you. While we may not understand what someone is going through, being there for them is the most important thing one can do. 

We miss you, Drazan. May you rest in peace. Give Ben a big hug from us, wherever you may be.
