S tudivan, Dewey Willis – age 74 of Tatamagouche Mountain, passed away January 11, 2022 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche.  Dewey was born at home on Tatamagouche Mountain, December 24, 1947, a son of the late Willis and Cassie (Sutherland) Studivan.  Dewey was a big hockey fan, especially his favourite team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, he like to read and loved to dance when the old-time music started to play and he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Tatamagouche for many years.  Dewey is survived by his brother, Wyman; 3 nephews, as well as several grand-nieces and grand-nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Hazel Esau.  Cremation has taken place under the direction of Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche.  No visitation or funeral to be held at Dewey's request and a private burial will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 64, Tatamagouche would be appreciated and condolences can be sent to the family by following the links on this web page.
