Smith, Barbara Ann – 75, North Shore, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024, at home with her family by her side. Born in Wolfville she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Janetta (Zwicker) Guest.

Barb had spent many years working at the Sunset Community in Pugwash before changing careers and working at Seagull Pewter. Barb was on the tourist list known as the "Doll Lady".

She loved four wheeling, fishing, yard sales and spending time with her family. She is survived by sons, John Cook, North Shore, Terry (Bessie) Smith, Oxford, Trevor (Tracey Furlong) Smith, Collingwood, and Joey Smith, North Shore; daughter, Annette (Greg) Hicks, Springhill; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; siblings, Kenneth (Jeanette) Guest, John Guest, Doris Guest, Bernice Fanning, Idella Hefferman, Russell (Cathy) Guest, Eina Newell; William (Sandra) Guest; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Walter Smith; daughter, Laura Smith; brother, Arthur Guest.

In keeping with Barb's wishes there will be no public service. Donations in memory may be made tro the charity of one's choice.
