ur funeral homes all have a trusted history that includes many years of service to their communities. MacDiarmid's Funeral Home was founded in Oxford by Doug and Shirley MacDiarmid in 1973. A branch location in Wentworth was later added. Both locations are currently operated by Doug and Shirley's son, Andrew and his wife, Leta.
Mundle's Funeral Home was founded in Pugwash in 1943 by Irving Mundle and his wife, Edna. The Mundle family carried on their proud tradition until 2005 when Andrew and Leta MacDiarmid became sole owners. Presently Mundle's is managed by Wallace native Don Jamieson, who has over 30 years experience as a licenced funeral director and embalmer.
Coulter's Funeral Home was established in Tatamagouche in 1974 by Jack Coulter. Coulter's is managed by Thane Patriquin, who has been serving families in the area for 20 years.
